This page exists for one purpose: a sign-up form that lets you know when Clay Machine is ready. This notice describes exactly what happens with what you enter — nothing more is collected, and nothing here is boilerplate.
When you submit the form, we store:
frank.ink as the source of the sign-up.We do not store your IP address. To stop bulk submissions we keep a one-way hash that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you or to any address.
We write to you once when Clay Machine becomes available, and possibly a small number of times before that if something substantial changes. That is the entire purpose. Your address is not passed on, sold, or used for advertising, and it is not fed into any analytics service.
On our own server in a database we run ourselves. There is no third-party newsletter provider, no tracking pixel, and no external script on this page that would receive your data.
Until you unsubscribe, or until the list is no longer needed — whichever comes first. Every message we send contains a way to unsubscribe.
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email is enough; we do not require a form or a reason. Deletion means the row is removed, not marked.
This page sets none.
